Named after a tropical plant known for its soothing properties, Landrina Escape is just that—a peaceful retreat situated on a private coast along The Strand Subdivision in Morong, Bataan.
Only a 3-hour steady drive from Manila, the 1,700 sqm exclusive property is a nod to the charming and laid-back aesthetic of The Hamptons. Two-bedroom and one-bedroom villas are thoughtfully designed to accommodate friends or family of up to 8 and 5 guests, respectively.
Each light-filled suite features wide living spaces, comfortable bedrooms with walk-in closets and sizeable bathrooms, well-equipped open kitchens ideal for home cooking or even outdoor grilling, and individual plunge pools for a relaxing getaway.

Take North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) all the way to Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).

Take the Subic Exit at SCTEX.

Enter Subic through the Subic Tipo Toll Gate.

Head straight until you reach the first stoplight.

Turn left at the stoplight (you'll see Anvaya Cove Directional Signs).

Follow the signs to Anvaya Cove or Morong Gate.

Exit Morong Gate and follow the signs to Anvaya Cove.

Upon reaching the Anvaya Cove gate, head straight and follow the signs to Pawikan Conservation Center.

Enter the village where the sign of Landrina Escape and Pawikan Conservation Center are.

Turn left at the end of the street when you see the directional sign of Landrina Escape.

You will see Landrina Escape within a few meters to your right.
